Al-Khiran Pearls City
Al-Khiran Pearls City is one of the largest and most important urban development projects in the State of Kuwait. The
project includes 11252 residential plots and 3000 plots facing the sea. Aside from urban design and planning, different
technical studies have been completed along with road design, infrastructure, local centers, wide open green parks,
and all essential services.
The role of Al-Shaheen Consultants was to prepare studies and assist in the urban planning and coordination with the
large team of international consultants, local authorities and official agencies.
