Suwaikh & Al-Rai Master Plan
An updated master plan for Shuwaikh Crafts, Services, and commercial area has been completed in collaboration with
SKM Collin Buchanan and in close coordination with our clients the Master Plan Department - Kuwait Municipality.
The study spanned for 14 months and consisted of five stages that covered data collection & analysis, planning studies,
planning alternatives, and final reports preparation.
The review looked at the fundamental issues concerning growth patterns and capacity. It studied and analyzed
transport and traffic strategies, environmental impact, and urban policies. The study presented recommendations
regarding land use and administrative and implementation policies.
